The course provides you with certification as a Sociocracy Practitioner in Sociocracy For All's certification system.
With this training under your belt, you can facilitate decision making in co-lead teams, manage tensions within groups and integrate the many powerful co-leadership tools in your own organization.

The certification also provides access to participate in our other certification courses – Sociocracy Facilitator and Sociocracy Trainer – if you want to dive deeper into the methods and learn to teach or consult teams and organizations in sociocratic co-leadership.

NOTE: The teaching is conducted in English.
