To heck with it! This year we're gonna do our basic training in sociocratic co-leadership at Gran Canaria! 🏖️😎

The course provides you with certification as a Sociocracy Practitioner in Sociocracy For All's certification system.
With this training under your belt, you can participate in co-leading teams and integrate the various tools in co-leadership in your own organization.

The certification also provides access to participate in our other facilitator courses – Sociocracy Facilitator and Sociocracy Trainer – if you want to dive deeper into the methods and become a power user or consultant in co-leadership.

NOTE: The teaching is conducted in English.
