With this training under your belt, you can facilitate decision making in co-lead teams, manage tensions within groups, and integrate the many powerful co-leadership tools in your own organization.
This certification also provides access to participate in our advanced certification courses – Sociocracy Facilitator and Sociocracy Trainer. That is, if you should eventually feel the urge to dive deeper into the methods and learn to teach or consult teams and organizations in sociocratic co-leadership.

Meet your trainers
Thor Clasen Jonasen
Professional mediator at Forseti Resolution Academy and Crossing Circles, former instructor in conflict understanding and collaboration at VIA Construction.
Thor holds a master's degree in information science with a specialization in conflict management and organizations and has many years of experience as a mediator in private, public, and voluntary organizations.
Drawing on cyclical methods such as Contact-Creating Communication, Nonviolent Communication, and Sociocratic Co-Leadership, he has developed a regenerative and circular approach to conflict management, which he has taught at EAL and VIA since 2015. He is currently a consultant at Crossing Circles.
Kåre Wangel
One of the Nordic region's most experienced consultants in sociocratic co-leadership and consent-based decision-making processes.
Kåre is a Certified Sociocracy Trainer, holds a master's degree in philosophy of education, and is an experienced consultant in sociocratic co-leadership, contact-creating communication, and nonviolent communication.
He is co-founder and chief consultant at Crossing Circles and is an experienced organizational and team consultant specializing in regenerative team processes designed to make a team a psychologically safe space where members can be vulnerable with each other and handle collaborative tensions while working effectively on daily tasks.

Details you need to know
Check-in is Saturday, June 13th at 8:00 PM and check-out is Saturday, June 20th at 12:00 PM.
Included in your signup for the course are: accommodations, breakfast and lunch, course participation, and learning materials.
You need to arrange your own transportation including airfare to and from the hotel, Exe Las Palmas.
The training is a collaborative learning process where we expect your active participation.
You can come as you are – there's no preparation required for the first session.
